This is JVMP’s third year partnering with Dr. Stephanie Myers, President & CEO, Black Women for Positive Change Inc., to expand collaborative strategies within the Archbishop Carroll High School (ACHS) community, which will extend to local and national stakeholders. Dr. Cherie Ward, Director of the Jim Vance Media Program/JVMP Club (JVMP), Mr. Rafiu Bakari, Department Chair, History, Chair, Business, Education and Technology/Women of Carroll, Ms. Sonya Wilson, Ms. Jasmine Gant, English Department and Mr. Stan McNutt, Social Justice Club/Religion Department will execute this project as an inter-departmental/club collaboration to execute a Peace Circle Panel Discussion Forum for our students, grades 9 – 12.

A panel of six students will address issues with a student audience. All ACHS students, faculty, and staff can come and participate with the understanding that our maximum capacity for the event will be six panelists and 50 people in the audience.
